Kim Won-suk

Kim Won-suk (김원석) is a South Korean television director born in 1973. Beginning his broadcasting career at KBS in 2001, he made his solo directorial debut with the historical television series Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010), winning Best New Director at the 47th Baeksang Arts Awards. Known for directing critically acclaimed and humanistic television dramas, Kim's notable directorial credits include Misaeng: Incomplete Life (2014), Signal (2016), My Mister (2018), Arthdal Chronicles (2019), and When Life Gives You Tangerines (2025).
